What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in compensation operations, finance operations, incentive administration, or a closely related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams, functions, or operational programs. Hands-on experience managing attorney compensation, sales compensation, incentive programs, or similarly complex variable compensation structures. Demonstrated success improving operational processes through automation, workflow optimization, and scalable system implementation. Experience working within multi-entity organizations, complex operational environments, or businesses with intricate compensation structures. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM, HRIS, ERP, and compensation-related technology platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, Jira Service Management, FreshService, or similar enterprise applications is a plus.

Lead the execution of automation initiatives designed to streamline data integrations, reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall bonus administration processes. Maintain accurate compensation documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper onboarding, plan administration, and governance processes. Manage and develop a team responsible for operational support, system administration, data management, and compensation-related inquiries. Establish scalable operating procedures, cross-training programs, documentation standards, and coverage models that reduce operational risk and improve continuity.
