Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, supplier management, strategic alliances, or mobility solutions, Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing complex supplier ecosystems, understanding of automotive market dynamics, including electrification trends, Demonstrated strategic thinking combined with execution and results orientation, Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Fluent in English, Travel availability

Develop and maintain a robust and scalable supplier network across key categories
including remarketing
administrative services
Build and manage strategic relationships with dealers and key automotive suppliers
Ensure supplier capabilities align with business growth
and future mobility trends
Ensure supplier coverage
and performance to support operational continuity and client needs
Ensure achievement of revenue generation targets
including supplier rebates
and commercial agreements optimization
Lead complex negotiations with suppliers
and service level agreements
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and strategic value
Ensure commercial agreements are competitive
