The role sits within **Enterprise Services** and works closely with **HR, FP &A, Facilities, Technology, Security, and Business Leaders** to ensure effective utilization of space and a consistent employee experience. * **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Space Allocation & Occupancy Management** * Manage desk, neighborhood, and office allocations across floors and buildings. * Maintain accurate **capacity, occupancy, and headcount data**. * Assign seating based on **business need, availability, and approval governance**. * Ensure **MD approval** for moves and space changes, in line with policy. * **2\.
