The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and applying strategies. These strategies ensure the quality and reliability of our NVM non-volatile memory products. The focus is on datacenter SSDs. Manager will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle. **Position Overview:** This role will lead and manage the Product quality and engineering, development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members with technical leads and senior engineers. The position is responsible for the testing and evaluation of NVMQRA products to verify alignment with industry standards and internal specifications. Manager will engage alongside diverse departments to define requirements, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the Product quality and engineering, development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members with technical leads and senior engineers. * Supervise the testing and evaluation of NVMQRA products to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications. * Lead the Product quality engineering and technician team. They develop and accomplish comprehensive quality and reliability assurance test plans for NVMQRA products.
