# _**Job Description**_ ** _The Opportunity_** The _**_Manager of Patient Nutrition Services at Bishop Spencer Place_**_ is responsible and accountable for the patient dining operation. This person is accountable for the delivery of patient meals associated with nourishment. As a member of the Nutrition leadership team they will provide assistance, coverage, and guidance when appropriate. This individual will develop people to provide exceptional service and products while maximizing financial outcomes. They will be responsible for making hiring and personnel decisions, training team members, and developing talent within the department. Assists with menu development and implementation. Implements programs to improve services, motivate staff, and rewards employees for excellent service. They will ensure all regulatory requirements are met and is a role model for our mission, vision, and core values. Must possess good communication, organizational and financial skills necessary to achieve annual quality customer people growth and financial outcomes Being a part of the Nutrition Department means that you get to be a part of the team that cares for patients in a non-medical capacity.
