What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline preferred), 10+ years in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within manufacturing (medical device, pharma, or regulated industry preferred), 1-2 years managing a small team of Supply Chain FTEs., supplier negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills, Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, Effective communicator—able to influence and build relationships at all levels, including executive and supplier partners, High proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and supply chain systems/tools, Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (MBA, master’s in supply chain/Operations, or equivalent), APICS/ISM or similar supply chain certification, Experience with global sourcing and supplier management, Working knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc. ) in medical device or pharma industries, Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction programs strongly desired

Ensure seamless product launches and robust supply chain readiness.
Lead and manage the New Products Supply Chain team
and performance feedback.
Design and implement supply chain strategies for new product introductions
ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate closely with Product Development Engineering
and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs for new products and proactively address issues to achieve targets.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies regarding supplier selection
and logistics for new products.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness for new products.
Ensure compliance with company policies
and all relevant regulations for new product supply and distribution.
Communicate project timelines
and mitigation actions to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external partners
and suppliers to support new product launches.
Prepare reports and analysis on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
