Full Job Description
Application deadline: Apr 11, 2026 As the the Manager, Network Intelligence & Strategy, you will build and lead the network intelligence capability that underpins Amazon Health’s expanding provider ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role responsible for defining how Amazon evaluates markets, designs provider networks, and translates network insights into scalable partnerships across payers, employers, and health systems. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution and will directly influence how Amazon scales its provider platform nationally. You will define and scale the frameworks Amazon uses to prioritize markets, evaluate partnerships, and design high-performing provider networks. This includes building durable mechanisms that integrate access, economics, quality, and competitive dynamics into repeatable decision systems. You will establish the long-term architecture for how Amazon approaches network design in an increasingly hybrid model spanning owned assets, third-party partnerships, and virtual care. You will also serve as the primary analytical partner to the Chief Network Officer, helping shape Amazon’s transition toward more health plan–driven growth models. This position plays a key role in shaping how Amazon evaluates long-term payer strategy and the evolving economics of national network platforms.
