What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Prior hands-on experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE (Network Security Expert), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent, Exposure to multi-vendor network environments and hybrid cloud networking is an advantage, Experience in monitoring network performance and security using advanced tools such as SIEM, ZTNA, and SASE, Ability to proactively identify, analyse, and resolve network vulnerabilities and complex technical issues, skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating technical information, Competence in documenting network configurations, changes, and incident responses while ensuring regulatory compliance, Capability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, Experience in conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to enhance cyber resilience, Familiarity with supporting hybrid cloud environments and multi-vendor integrations to ensure operational excellence, Flexibility to work in remote or hybrid arrangements as per company policy and align with US EST work timings

A critical function of this role is to define strategy, support organizational growth, and manage business and operational requirements/expectations. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to maximize the quality of implementations and support. Manages the implementation of new technologies and looks for opportunities to optimize existing infrastructure to improve services delivered to end users and clients across the company. Will have a specific operational focus on metrics and infrastructure performance and availability via solid network architecture best practices to scale and meet dynamic business needs.
