Minimum 14 to 15 years of Direct Sales experience, Candidate from Engineering / M. B. A. , background

Nice to Have

preferably from Elevator industry

What You'll Do.

Develop KONE’s position and customer base

Drive proactive engagement and solution selling

Ensure development of customer relationships

Approve and follow up customer plans

Select/appoint team members

Identify and build relationships

Promote and demonstrate value of KONE digital offering

Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans

Participate in market and customer analysis

Participate in pricing and offering management

Balance order received growth and profitability

Gather relevant information about competitors

Identify opportunities for cross-selling

Lead the Sell process including CRM data quality

Ensure results within orders

Give direction and focus on customers

Ensure correct value propositions

Execute and advise pricing guidelines

Approve tenders and orders

Utilize global processes and tools

Manage the performance of the team

Ensure adequate resources

Develop the competences of the sales team

Motivate & inspire the team

Ensure great onboarding experience

Responsible for succession planning

Coaches the team members to achieve better results; Motivates & inspires the team & individual to high performance; Ensures great onboarding experience for new employees in the team; Responsible for succession planning for his/ her team
