What You'll Do.
Develop KONE’s position and customer base
Drive proactive engagement and solution selling
Develop customer relationships
Approve and follow up customer plans
Select/appoint team members for customer relationships
Identify and build relationships to key decision makers
Promote and demonstrate value of KONE digital offering
Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans
Participate in market and customer analysis
Participate in pricing and offering management
Balance order received growth and profitability
Gather information about competitors and market
Identify opportunities for cross-selling
Lead the Sell process including CRM data quality
Ensure results within orders
Set sales targets according to market potential
Give direction and focus on the right customers
Ensure correct value propositions by team
Drive sales result from team
Execute and advise pricing guidelines
Approve tenders and orders
Utilize global processes and tools
Coach team members to achieve better results
Manage the performance of the team
Ensure adequate resources to achieve targets
Develop the competences of the sales team
Motivate & inspire the team
Ensure great onboarding experience
Responsible for succession planning
