Develop KONE’s position and customer base
Drive proactive engagement and solution selling
Develop customer relationships
Approve and follow up customer plans
Select/appoint team members for customer relationships
Identify and build relationships to key decision makers
Promote and demonstrate value of KONE digital offering
Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans
Participate in market and customer analysis
Participate in pricing and offering management
Balance order received growth and profitability
Gather information about competitors and market
Identify opportunities for cross-selling
Lead the Sell process including CRM data quality
Ensure results within orders
Set sales targets according to market potential
Give direction and focus on the right customers
Ensure correct value propositions by team
Drive sales result from team
Execute and advise pricing guidelines
Approve tenders and orders
Utilize global processes and tools

Job Title – Manager - NBS Sales** Sales Manager sets short-term and long-term sales and customer relationships targets aligned with the unit’s overall sales targets. He/she leads the sales process and sales team to achieve the sales targets by coaching and developing the sales team. **_Are you the one?_** · Candidate from Engineering / M.B.A., background · Minimum 14 to 15 years of Direct Sales experience (preferably from Elevator industry) · Good understanding of market trends in sales & marketing · Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional Strong communication and · Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills ** _What will you be doing_?** **Customer Relationship Management** • Accountable for developing KONE’s position and customer base in the market • Drives proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments showing value over the lifecycle • Ensures development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction. • Approves and follows up customer plans for strategic and core 1 in his/her area • Selects/appoints team members to manage the strategic / core 1 customer relationships • Identifies and builds relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers • Promotes and demonstrates the value of KONE digital offering **Plan Sales, Manage Pricing and Offering** • Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs) for his/her team •
