The Manager, Mortgage Advisors will be responsible for the development, performance, and day-to-day supervision of the Lendage Mortgage Advisor sales agents ensuring the team is meeting sales goals, regulatory requirements, and other efficiency targets in line with company vision and values. The Manager, Mortgage Advisors collaborates with the Director of Sales to establish plans to improve sales, operational efficiencies, and productivity of the individual Mortgage Advisors while directing improvement initiatives. The Manager contributes to individual and process development for Mortgage Advisors including training, coaching, and performance feedback. How You’ll Contribute: * Coaches, inspires and motivates holding individual Mortgage Advisors on their team accountable for individual KPI’s, goals and standards * Develops and maintains internal customer relationships with enabling/supporting partners. * Maintains accurate records of sales and activity reports for each Mortgage Advisor on their team * Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemen
