What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team, Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, Clear understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal, Writes and speaks fluent additional languages are a plus, Experience working remotely is a plus
