You lead execution of the Operational Excellence strategy focusing on efficiency, productivity and profitability while enhancing the customer experience to improve sales performance. In this role, you report to the Sr. Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations and work in a Neiman Marcus store location. **YOU WILL DO:** * Executes to compliance of all SOP / directives for Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, Accounting and any other function. * Oversees execution of daily store operations tasks, including: o Merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, and processing of inbound / outbound freight o Timely fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders o Inventory control and accuracy processes o Training, implementing, and sustaining of process optimization standards * In partnership with Sr. RPSO Manager, manages support team labor, scheduling, and staffing * Flexes resources, processes, and priorities to maximize operational efficiency and customer experience * Maintains stockroom organization standards and supports salesfloor replenishment * Collaborates with Sales Managers and Visual to give associate direction on merchandising and sale set up/signage, ensuring standar
