Manager, Menu Operations As the Manager, Menu Operations within Factor, you will serve as the technical and operational backbone of our menu planning ecosystem — owning the end-to-end automation strategy and tool suite that powers Factor’s ability to build accurate, scalable, and insight-driven menus. You will be the connective tissue across a complex network of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from concept to production. In this role, you will drive tool development, process automation, and performance intelligence that directly enables Factor’s position as a leading ready-to-eat meal provider.
