Must Have
Extensive experience managing complex, high-profile meetings and events, including large-scale programs (1,000+ attendees) and executive-level engagements, Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines, Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering impactful, business-aligned experiences, Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large budgets and contract negotiations, Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization, Calm, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
What You'll Do.

Partner closely with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact
and strategically aligned programs
Manage all aspects of event delivery
including program development
and on-site execution
and risk mitigation for complex
multi-day and multi-location events
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Finance
Executive Administration) to ensure seamless alignment and execution
Oversee vendor relationships
including production agencies
and technology partners
ensuring high service levels and ROI
Develop and manage detailed project plans
and run-of-show documents to ensure precision execution
Manage attendee registration
and expense tracking using platforms such as Cvent
Ensure exceptional VIP and executive experiences
with a high level of attention to detail and white-glove service
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for high-visibility programs
and reconcile event budgets
identifying efficiencies while maintaining quality
Evaluate event performance and incorporate insights to continuously enhance the meeting experience
