Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree, 1 year of budget development and management, 1 year in an analytical role, 1 year in a managerial role, Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Nice to Have
Work in academic health care setting including understanding of accreditation requirements, Work with education program design, development, implementation, and evaluation
What You'll Do.
Supervise and lead staff for programs
Advise leadership in hiring staff
Coordinate GME and Dean's offices
Implement policies for operations
Create and promote staff development opportunities
Ensure healthy working/learning environment
Determine departmental education budget
Oversee residency and student budgets
Oversee fellowship budgets
Advise on staff support distribution
