Role Summary & Impact As a Manager, Planning, you will lead the day-to-day account activities and play a key role in translating marketing and advertising objectives into actionable, integrated media strategies. This role requires strong project management skills and a proactive mindset to move work forward, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will own the progression of workstreams from strategy through to execution—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and removing blockers to keep projects on track. In addition, you will help develop the capabilities of Associate(s) and/or Senior Associate(s), fostering a culture of accountability and executional excellence. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director on communication plan development, ensuring seamless progression from brief through to execution Own project management across campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination Proactively drive projects forward, ensuring deadlines are met and next steps are clearly defined and actioned Act as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and resolve them to maintain momentum Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business to infor
