The Mechanical Engineering Department is responsible for the customized and innovative designs of mechanical plans of Mission Critical Group products so that projects meet client needs. The overall objective of the Manager, Mechanical Engineering position is to lead and implement the strategic direction for all design components with a focus on achieving leading cycle time, delivering superior quality, and reducing per‐unit costs. Consistent and accurate representation of the Mission Critical Group brand, mission, vision, values, and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization. Accountabilities * Increase project efficiency by effectively assisting Mechanical Engineers, Designers, and/or Drafters in developing and adhering to design techniques and processes. * Provide technical guidance as the lead subject matter expert for all Mechanical Engineering consultative services regarding areas of material selection and design concepts which maintain the integrity of all customized products, comply with applicable industry standards, and meet client specifications. * Support best‐in‐class manufacturing with a focus on cycle time, quality, and value by
