Key job responsibilities • Build, lead, and coach a team of high-performing enterprise business development managers to drive customer acquisition, pipeline development, and long-term growth • Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position AWS as a strategic partner for digital transformation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solutions architecture, marketing, partner, and service teams to develop tailored customer value propositions • Design and lead strategic account plans and targeted campaigns that align with market trends and industry needs • Identify and resolve complex customer challenges by aligning AWS capabilities with business outcomes • Contribute to the regional business development leadership strategy through data-driven insights and field feedback • Partner with the AWS marketing and partner ecosystem teams to deliver local programs that enhance AWS's brand and customer engagement About the team Diverse Experiences Amazon values diverse experiences.
