Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field., 6+ years in marketing or brand management, at least 3 years leading a team, Experience managing annual marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI through data-informed decision making., Deep knowledge of Cambodian consumer behavior, local media channels, and the competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy., Experience translating business data into actionable marketing narratives, including experience with analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar)., Experience using generative AI and automation tools (e. g. , ChatGPT, Gemini) for planning, research, and content generation., Track record of coaching team members to improve performance and achieve career growth., Native fluency in Khmer, professional proficiency in English

Communication Scope

Native fluency in Khmer to lead local teams and communicate with local partners; professional proficiency in English to collaborate with regional leadership and present to international stakeholders.

Process & Methodology

Develop half-yearly and quarterly marketing plans, Plan and implement major marketing campaigns from initial creative briefing through multi-channel distribution to post-mortem analysis.

Get to Know the Role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team in Phnom Penh. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing roadmap for Cambodia. You will lead the Country Marketing and Creative teams to design and execute integrated communications, including partnerships, ATL/BTL strategy, and end-to-end consumer experience design. You will act as a strategic partner to the Country Business Heads, translating business objectives into growth marketing plans while managing budgets and measuring return on investment. This is a fully onsite role.
