Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing, 5 – 8 years of related experience, real estate experience required, 2+ years of management or team leadership experience
What You'll Do.
Leads and oversees proposal strategy execution by directing the creation of customized
RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
Manages a team responsible for creation and maintenance of pursuit-related data
Directs analysis on gathered data and ensures delivery of strategic insights and summaries relevant to potential clients and industries
Develops and implements go-to-market strategies using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and strengthen the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
Facilitates and leads internal debriefs and post-pursuit analysis sessions
Manages complex pursuits from start to finish
including deals over 50
establishes timelines and coordinates rehearsals
Supervises and mentors business development associates and coordinates with senior leadership on strategic pursuits
Serves as a multi-business line expert across tenant rep
property management and retail
providing guidance to team members
Leads team efficiency initiatives through strategic organization and knowledge management
Coordinates work with design
technology and research teams and identifies when to engage subject matter experts
