What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing measurement roles, Track record of building and scaling Media Mix Models (MMM) and integrating outputs into decision-making, Python programming, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or similar)
Nice to Have
PhD a plus, expertise in PyMC or similar Bayesian packages, Deep understanding of marketing channels (TV, digital, search, social, programmatic, retail media) and measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, MMM)
