Full Job Description

Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) is seeking an experienced manager to lead our Marketing Analytics team across Whole Foods Market, Amazon Fresh, and new grocery channels and store formats. This role will define and execute the analytics strategy that enables data-driven decisions across our growing portfolio of grocery businesses. You will build and scale analytics capabilities to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels including email, push notifications, paid media, organic search, and onsite experiences. You will lead a team managing complex, cross-functional analytics challenges where problems and solutions are not clearly defined. You will navigate ambiguity and define the right problems to solve, balancing short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic investments. You will build a strong, inclusive team where members feel empowered to take ownership and deliver results. You are passionate about creating scalable solutions, automating manual processes, and establishing mechanisms that drive continuous improvement. Your team will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence Engineers (BIE), Data Science, and other Analytics teams to deliver automated reporting, dashboards, and insights that inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in marketing analytics, understands how to measure campaign performance and attribution across multiple channels, and is equally comfortable diving deep into technical details with BIE and presenting strategic recommendations to Director and VP leaders. You are a strong communicator who can influence without authority, build consensus across diverse stakeholders, and translate technical complexity into clear business narratives.
