What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience (8+ years) in biologics API or GMP-regulated manufacturing, Proven experience leading teams in operational or manufacturing environments, understanding of planning, logistics, and production support functions, Solid knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and production operations
Nice to Have
Experience from multi-shift environments, CDMOs, or complex production setups, exposure to audits and inspections

From planning and materials coordination to production logistics, your team ensures that operations are prepared, aligned, and ready to deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. This is a role where leadership meets operational impact - where your ability to create structure, connect teams, and drive execution will directly influence production performance across the organization. **Where operational leadership drives production success** In this role, you will lead a team of Planning & Materials Coordinators and Production Logistics Coordinators, acting as the link between shift-based manufacturing and the broader support organization. You will translate business priorities into daily execution - ensuring that production plans, materials, and equipment are aligned and ready. From coordinating short-term schedules to managing equipment readiness and responding to operational challenges, your work will help keep manufacturing running efficiently and reliably.
