Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MES Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role is responsible for MES deployment, production support, team leadership, and driving digital manufacturing initiatives aligned with business goals and Industry 4.0 roadmap. Key Responsibilities • Lead MES deployments (New fab, expansions, upgrades) including planning, resourcing, risk management, UAT, and production cutover while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality standards * Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architecture * Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions • Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements including system integrations (Equipment, SPC, SAP, Data platforms) aligned with manufacturing and Industry 4.0 strategy • Drive standardization across sites, ensuring effective change management and version control • Own MES production support (including 24x7 operations), enforce incident/problem management, and lead RCA to improve system stability • Lead critical downtime events and factory escalations to minimize business impact • Build and lead MES team, strengthening SME capability and ensuring strong execution • Drive improvements in manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilization • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors; provide regular leadership updates on performance and risks • Define MES architecture, standards, and scalability across sites • Manage vendors, budgets, and drive digital transformation initiatives (automation, IoT, ana
