The primary responsibility will be supporting the development of new product/development manufacturing processes, as well as applying continuous improvement manufacturing processes/technologies to existing or mature production programs. In this role, you’ll take ownership and drive results performing challenging and non‑routine manufacturing engineering applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and “out of the box” thinking in a high mix, low volume environment. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee qualification of manufacturing processes for new products and lead continuous improvement for existing operations. * Manage and develop Manufacturing Technicians and Manufacturing Engineers to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. * Define and document manufacturing procedures, operation sequences, and work instructions. * Establish and maintain time standards, cost estimates, and economic run quantities for components. * Lead evaluation, justification, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and suppliers to resolve process issues and mentor team members. * Own and support automation of manufacturing cells as possible, driving process stability and reducing labor variation. * Ensure manufacturability of designs through drawing reviews and recommendations. * Mentor Manufacturing Engineering on rev
