What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in a multinational food and beverage or chemical manufacturing environment, Extensive plant-level maintenance and problem-solving experience, Knowledge of equipment reliability and operational improvement, Hands-on experience with TPM/WCM, especially Planned Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Knowledge of water supply systems and wastewater treatment management, Excellent command in English – written and spoken

What You'll Do.

lead the maintenance team to ensure facilities

and utilities operate at maximum efficiency and output

oversee preventive maintenance

breakdown management across mechanical and electrical equipment

reliability improvement

lead water supply and wastewater treatment management to ensure compliance and cost efficiency

Contribute to the creation and implementation of maintenance vision

and procedures that improve operational performance and plant reliability

Lead the maintenance team to ensure machine availability

and responsive management of mechanical

and equipment breakdowns in partnership with shift operations

Drive equipment optimization in line with standard procedures to enhance performance

and physical asset control across the plant

Oversee all maintenance procedures and activities

ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans

and manage a high-performing maintenance team that delivers best-practice results

and continuous improvement

Manage maintenance budgets and cost reporting

ensuring plans are aligned with legal

and safety requirements
