Full Job Description
**Manager, M &A Controllership** The Manager, M&A Controllership will support and help lead key accounting aspects of global M&A transactions under IFRS, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Business leadership teams to support strategic acquisitions and integrations, as well as disposals/divestitures and separation activities where applicable. The position will be responsible for supporting due diligence, acquisition accounting, intangible asset valuation support, and the integration of acquired entities into our financial systems. In addition, this role will support disposal accounting considerations and the separation of divested businesses, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and global standards. This role also contributes to consistency in M&A accounting practices by helping implement standard approaches, maintaining strong documentation, and supporting timely and accurate financial reporting for transactions. The Manager will foster collaboration across teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to enable successful execution of the company's growth strategy. About the Role * Support and help lead the accounting workstream for M&A projects, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, particularly **IFRS 3, 10, 13, IFRS 5, and IAS 36 and 38**. * Support comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures to assess financial health and identify accounting considerations. * Support acquisition accounting processes, including preparation of accounting entries and schedules and the coordination and review of **purchase price allocations** and related documentation. * Support disposal/divestiture accounting processes, including **held-for-sale/discontinued operations** considerations (where applicable), gain/loss support, and related disclosures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth financial integration of acquired entities a
