Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or warehouse management, Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Comprehensive understanding of SIOP processes, MPS, and MRP, Solid knowledge in material management, warehouse processes, material staging, visual management, and inventory procedures, Knowledge of international shipping regulations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, and Known Consignor status, Strong project management skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, Proven ability to lead teams through digital transformations and process standardization
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field, Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (preferably medical technology or automotive industry), Experience with modern planning tools like O9 or comparable IBP software, Experience with SAP (IM, WM/EWM, PP, MM), Experience with SAP S/4HANA and O9 planning tools, Experience with Lean Manufacturing projects, Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshooting
