Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field., Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or warehouse management., Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role with proven experience leading planning and warehouse staff., Proficient in SAP (IM, WM/EWM, PP, MM)., Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)., Comprehensive understanding of SIOP processes, Production Planning (MPS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)., Solid knowledge in material management, warehouse processes, material staging, visual management, and inventory procedures., Knowledge of international shipping regulations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, and 'Known Shipper' status., Strong project management skills, particularly the ability to lead local teams in system implementations or organizational changes., Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German., Proven ability to lead teams through digital transformations (e.g., ERP migrations) and process standardization.
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus., Experience with modern planning tools such as O9 or comparable IBP software (Integrated Business Planning) is desirable., Knowledge of international shipping regulations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, and 'Known Shipper' status.

Coordinate implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and O9 planning tools.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and error correction.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional Lean-Manufacturing projects.
Optimize material flow and reduce waste.
Ensure strict adherence to ERP booking discipline.
