Manage Inward Processing Custom Authorisation
Manage Customs Warehouse Authorisation
Generate monthly Customs Warehouse/IP returns
Submit returns to Revenue Commissioners
Monitor import customs declarations
Review import documentation
Gather Intrastat data reporting
Act as SME for inbound shipments
Validate product qualification for Preferential Origin
Liaise with EMEA C&T Compliance team
Work closely with other departments
Ensure compliance with regulations
Ensure efficient operations
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Execute WCL processes
Execute BDS storage/shipment activities
Ensure conformance with regulations
Perform as Logistics SME for technical issue troubleshooting
Resolve technical issues during/post start-up
Represent Logistics as Project Lead for SAP Projects
Design and develop and update procedures for Logistics
