Must Have
Significant leadership experience within the higher education sector or a similarly complex environment, Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage accreditation and re-accreditation reviews for Health programs
including stakeholder engagement and coordination of complex timelines.
Provide expert advice on accreditation standards
regulatory requirements
emerging risks and strategic opportunities impacting Health programs.
Oversee continuous improvement initiatives arising from program reviews
accreditation outcomes and benchmarking activities.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and support initiatives related to domestic and international student growth.
Support the development and implementation of strategic learning and teaching initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
Prepare high-level briefings
reports and strategic advice relevant to Group
University and external committees and advisory bodies.
Foster a collaborative
high-performing and student-focused culture within the Learning & Teaching team.
Ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence across the Dean Learning & Teaching (Health) portfolio.
