The **Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement** leads and contributes to the programs, platforms, tools, and processes that enable high-quality learning at scale across the organization. This role partners closely with the Learning Partnership team and business leaders to design, develop, implement, and scale LMS- and platform-based learning solutions, while also directly contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of learning experiences, resources, and operational practices. Working across the Learning Leadership team, the Manager helps shape governance, prioritization, and advocacy for learning initiatives to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned to business needs across Progyny.
