What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of L&D and instructional design experience, at least 2 years managing or direct mentoring others, Proven ability to drive engagement with learning content and platforms, consultative, communication, and facilitation skills, a drive towards advocacy for learning to occur at all levels of the organization, Deep expertise in blended learning design, Deep expertise in learning technology, Deep expertise in best-in-class learner experience, analytical mindset with experience using data to showcase impact, Current on emerging learning technologies, including opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and effectively

The **Manager, Learning Experience & Enablement** leads and contributes to the programs, platforms, tools, and processes that enable high-quality learning at scale across the organization. This role partners closely with the Learning Partnership team and business leaders to design, develop, implement, and scale LMS- and platform-based learning solutions, while also directly contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of learning experiences, resources, and operational practices. Working across the Learning Leadership team, the Manager helps shape governance, prioritization, and advocacy for learning initiatives to ensure learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned to business needs across Progyny.
