Manager, Learning Experience Design Training is changing fast, and we need a leader who can do the work while showing others how to do it better. We aren't looking for someone to just manage a content factory; we need a designer who can figure out how people actually learn in a high-tech environment. In this role, you will build tools specifically for our Commercial Bank and Financial Services teams. Capital One is putting a lot of resources into how we welcome new hires and help our current employees and leaders grow. You will be a "player-coach"—spending your time building projects while also setting the standards for the rest of the design team. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new tools and the authority to change how we teach thousands of people.
