What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and facilitating leadership development programs, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce, Understanding of adult learning theories, principles and methodologies, Knowledge and experience with assessments and coaching practices, Well-versed in digital learning, just-in-time and blended learning strategies, Demonstrated skill in instructional design, including developing learning materials, participant resources, and in-person and digital learning proficiency with Rise 360, Experience implementing leadership development & coaching programs for a variety of audiences, project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines and stakeholders, communication skills to quickly build trust and rapport with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to use data to support recommendations and influence decisions, Flexibility and agility to be proactive and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, Excellent facilitation skills with experience facilitating small and large groups in multiple modalities, Experience monitoring and updating programs/processes that support learning impact and business outcomes, organizational skills with high attention to detail, Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, as well as Zoom

Coaching and assessment certifications are a plus

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify leadership development & coaching needs across the organization

Design and deliver leadership development & coaching solutions

Manage leadership development & coaching programs from end-to-end

including communication

Continuously evaluate and refine leadership development & coaching solutions

Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions for leadership development & coaching

Partner with and manage appropriate external vendors as needed

Use data and trends to measure impact

identify opportunities and continuously improve learning experiences

Stay current on leadership development & coaching trends

tools and best practices

Partner with others to solve business problems and execute on leadership development & coaching initiatives

organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency and attention to detail

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partners with L&D, Talent Management, HR and business leaders; Collaborate with cross-functional partners; Collaborate with team and department members to complete tasks, support shared priorities and meet timelines; Partner with others to solve business problems

Communication Scope

Communication skills to quickly build trust and rapport with a variety of stakeholders; Ability to use data to support recommendations and influence decisions

Process & Methodology

Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines and stakeholders, Manage leadership development & coaching programs from end-to-end, Plan, organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency and attention to detail
