Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field, 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on learning & development and talent management, Proven track record designing and implementing L&D strategies and succession planning frameworks, Experience facilitating leadership development programs and managing performance management cycles, Proficiency with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and talent analytics tools, Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Proficiency with AI tools and platforms is required, including demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven decisions

Position Overview AccuWeather is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to join its growing HR team. This role leads the company's learning and development strategy and drives training and talent management initiatives — individual growth and development planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development — that build organizational capability and support long-term business success. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, fostering a culture of continuous growth and performance excellence.
