Must Have
Experienced leading a Learning function in a fast paced environment, Proven track record building a learning and development strategy, Influential partner who leads with data informed solutions to obtain buy-in from multiple stakeholders, The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization, Strategic orientation with proven ability to set a vision, chart a path and execute with high impact, Proven and respected team leader, Track record for coaching to high results, Excellent communicator across multiple level stakeholders, Leverages a customer orientation for building relationships across and within HR broadly, and in the lines of business, Has a bias for optimization and driving continuous improvement
Nice to Have
A bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources or a related field is required., Certificate in Adult Education or Organizational Development is preferable., CTP/CTDP designation or equivalent is an asset.
