What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, Understanding of adult learning theory and principles, Well versed in digital learning, just-in-time, and blended learning strategies, Experience with program management and learning management systems (LMS), Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing development programs for all audiences, Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization, Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes, organizational and project management skills, Ability to travel as needed
Nice to Have
ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
What You'll Do.
Execution of development strategies and programs
Implement learning solutions and programs
Develop and execute learning solutions
Manage end-to-end analysis
and evaluation of doctor programs
Design and deliver effective learning solutions
Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions
Manage external vendors
Evaluate existing programs/content for impact
Use data to measure success
Facilitate learning sessions
Serve as a coach to other facilitators
Conduct Train the Trainers
Research industry trends
Integrate innovative methodologies and best practices
organize and execute tasks and activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with leaders, the Clinical Support team, owners and the broader L&D, Talent Management and HR teams; Collaborate with leaders; Cross-functional collaboration
