Role Overview Amazon Business is seeking an enterprising and results-driven Manager, Sales-Led Acquisition Channels, to lead and scale our largest customer acquisition channels: Tele-Sales and Feet on Street (FOS) for the MSME segment in India. This pivotal role will require building and managing a high-performing multi-agency ecosystem, establishing scalable operating models powered by automation and AI, and driving measurable ROI from these channels. Key job responsibilities As the Manager, Sales-Led Acquisition Channels, you will: 1. Develop and own the channel strategy for Tele-Sales and FOS, defining ambitious growth targets aligned with Amazon Business India's MSME customer acquisition goals. 2.
