allow a successful SOP; series production begins on time; on budget; without quality issues; achieving a green IRR before SOP; use the LLI/LLR KPIs to anticipate Planning; tracking open actions from IRR(s); Reports all launch projects; escalate them within Operations; leads the weekly launch meetings to track the progress
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. Tech in Mechanical Engg, 3 years experience in project management, production or industrialization, presentation and communication skills, High understanding of risk management, Autonomous, structured and target-oriented way of working
Nice to Have
Ideally in the automative industry, with complex project and processes, APQP knowledge
What You'll Do.
Attend & contribute to project meetings
Provide inputs to risk and ECR events
Coordinate processes for new launches
Contribute to planning and preparation of PTR(s)
Define the launch team
Coordinate and monitor ECRs
Create and monitor launch timing plan
Contribute to Lessons Learned collection
Support preparation and execution of customer audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate the processes for new launches between the involved functions in the plant; Defines the launch team, out of the plant functions supporting the launches, together with plant manager
