## _Job Description_ Job Description Developing data tools, providing insights resources and creating story telling visuals in collaboration with our Kroger Sales Team We're seeking a skilled professional that can develop tools to support our data analytics, sales and category teams. This role will be responsible for building dynamic dashboards, implementing new visualization tools and bringing data sources together to translate analytics into actionable insights. This role requires an individual with strong agility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about data analytics, collaboration, and driving results, we want to hear from you! **Primary Responsibilities** * Leading the data platform infrastructure for the Kroger sales team * Building dynamic reporting utilizing multiple internal and external data sources (i.e. Stratum, Circana, M6, Snowflake, Compass) * Creating data visuals to score card results, illustrating forward looking forecasts and decomp competitive insights * Provide thought leadership on data analytics, staying up-to-date on industry benchmarks and best practices **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred * Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analytics/visualization and/or category management * Experience with data manipulation and processing, including data validation and synthesis methodology * Solid understanding of Power BI tools and recent work done on synthesizing data * Ability to read and write SQL queries strongly preferred * Strong commercial background and social skills, with the ability to understand context and apply it to drive advanced analysis * Foundational experience with Snowflake (or other SQL based tools).
