What You'll Do: As a Manager, Key Account DACH you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive retailer performance and grow market share across key channels and markets. You will be responsible for cultivating strong senior-level relationships with retail partners and delivering robust 3-year business plans aligned with brand objectives. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of brand strategies, manage sales targets within defined budgets, and negotiate across all key levers to enhance brand visibility, performance, and ranking. As a leader, you will also play a pivotal role in coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
