What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency, one year and six months of which must have been in an administrative management or supervisory capacity. Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of relational databases and query languages, data analytic software and tools for the analysis and development of visualizations (Power BI, Excel, SQL Management Studio), and diverse system applications for managing job seeker and employer needs. Skill in managing relationships with outside vendors, creating administrative reports, establishing priorities, coordinating program activities, and preparing presentations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, communicate proactively, identify problems, evaluate alternatives, implement solutions, think outside the box, develop relationships, supervise staff, and stay informed of emerging technologies and legislative changes.
