Must Have
BScA in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or related field., Minimum of 3 years in leadership, 3+ years in practice or equivalent experience, Technical understanding of ITDS systems and platforms, Knowledge of ITDS governance frameworks and best practices, Leadership skills, Strategic planning abilities, Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills, Understanding of compliance requirements and standards in the industry, Experience in risk management
Nice to Have
MSc/MA will be a plus, Certified in Technology Business Management (TBM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Monitor ITDS performance
Conduct risk assessments
Develop ITDS Strategic Plan
Ensure ITDS governance aligns with policies
Provide guidance to ITDS team
Identify resources for ITDS services
Develop measures for IT investments

Liaise with stakeholders for decisions; Partner and collaborate with Emplify EPMO; Interface with various stakeholders; Model collaboration
Communication Scope

Ensure ITDS projects are carried out in accordance with set standards
