This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure data issues are identified, investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently. **Let’s get specific on what the duties are:** **Data Issue Management & Vendor Coordination** * Act as the primary point of contact for identifying, documenting, and tracking data-related issues * Create detailed tickets and work directly with external vendors (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva Systems) to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies * Coordinate testing and validation of vendor-delivered fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved before closure * Maintain clear documentation of issues, root causes, and resolutions **Data Investigation & Root Cause Analysis** * Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate data questions and anomalies across systems * Perform deep-dive analysis across multiple platforms (CRM, data warehouse, vendor feeds) to identify root causes * Collaborate with internal IT teams to trace data flow issues across
