As part of Maersk’s integrated logistics offering, we are building a high-performance airline operation where reliability, speed, and precision are everything—and our iOCC is at the heart of making it happen. **Purpose of the role** You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and execution of **Maersk Air Cargo’s Integrated Operations Control Centre (iOCC).** You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our network by leading real-time decision-making and coordinating closely with key operational functions. This is a hands-on operational leadership role, where you will directly manage controllers and oversee live operations, ensuring disruptions are handled effectively and performance targets are consistently met. **Key Responsibilities** _**Operational Delivery & Control**_ * Lead the daily operation of the iOCC, ensuring smooth 24/7 execution of the flying programme * Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and disruptions * Make real-time operational decisions to protect schedule integrity and minimise delays and cancellations * Monitor and manage key KPIs such as on-time performance, completion factor, and aircraft utilisation _**Disruption Management (IROPs)**_ * Take ownership of **irregular operations** , coordinating recovery plans across crew, maintenance, and network * Ensure timely, pragmatic decision-making to minimise operational and customer impact * Apply structured approaches to disruption recovery in a fast-paced environment _**Cross-Functional Coordination**_ * Work closely with Flight Ops, CAMO, Part-145 Maintenance, Crew Control, and Ground Operations * Ensure effective coordination and information flow between all operational stakeholders * Balance operational constraints with commercial priorities _**People Leadership**_ * Lead and develop a team of iOCC controllers and special
