Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ experience with thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, SAP., 1 year of management or supervisor experience., 1 year of lean experience or comparable certifications.

Learn about our company culture [directly from our team](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLx6KVtDVwnt14YATMWD8aaZ-gb-5X6gqM). **YOU** As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team responsible for inventory planning, which directly impacts the growth and success of the company. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**(% of Time) Manage and oversee inventory planning and right sizing activities; including, but not limited to, internal branch orders, customer backorders, and buyouts. Addressing customer backorders and overseeing expediting of inventory as required with inside/outside sales, production, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and inventory control from all branches. Acts as the central point of contact for inventory management issues; collaborating with inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production to solve issues and perform root cause analysis. (30%) Manage a team that is responsible to analyze and interpret customer sales trends, developing insights from data and collaborating with Sales Managers to adjust forecasts through the SIOP process. Analysis of requested forecast adjustments from other dependent plants as submitted by key stakeholders through the SIOP Process for products manufactured or supplied by local plant.
