What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 3 years’ experience developing and implementing inventory control/supply chain strategies that ensure stability and responsiveness to meet customer requirements for various or equivalent combination of education and training, Accountability & Dependability, Management / Leading Others, Analysis, Communication, Adaptability and Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Self-Management / Prioritization, Microsoft Office knowledge with emphasis on MS Excel. (Pivot tables, v-lookups, queries, etc. ), Leadership, SST Inventory Policy Knowledge, Interpersonal Skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, 2 years’ experience with thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, SAP., 1 year of management or supervisor experience., 1 year of lean experience or comparable certifications.

Addressing customer backorders and overseeing expediting of inventory as required with inside/outside sales, production, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and inventory control from all branches. Acts as the central point of contact for inventory management issues; collaborating with inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production to solve issues and perform root cause analysis. (30%) Manage a team that is responsible to analyze and interpret customer sales trends, developing insights from data and collaborating with Sales Managers to adjust forecasts through the SIOP process. Analysis of requested forecast adjustments from other dependent plants as submitted by key stakeholders through the SIOP Process for products manufactured or supplied by local plant.
