What You'll Do.
Drive critical initiatives in support of a unified
global governance framework
Ensure Benefits strategies are driven by global principles
meet regulatory requirements
and preserve local culture and brand
Influence and execute a multi-year Benefits and HR Services roadmap
Ensure the global governance model is well-managed and operationally stable
Manage global entity structure changes
Organize and manage the socialization
and approval of decisions
Analyze benefit program metrics
Manage relationship with external vendors
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with leaders, peers, and partners in all Capital One locations; Partner with the International Benefits team; Build and sustain strategic networks to drive work smoothly across all locations; Collaborate with leaders, peers, and partners globally; Seek diverse perspectives from in-country subject matter experts

Written communication skills; Verbal communication skills; Interpersonal communication skills; Clear processes and communication channels for escalation support and issue management; Manage communications
Process & Methodology
Manage project strategy, schedule, budget, ceremonies, communications, and stakeholder management, Leading complex projects with a focus on execution
