In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and developing the Group’s internal control framework, ensuring reliable financial and sustainability reporting, effective risk management and compliance with IFRS and listed company requirements, in close co-operation with management, auditors and the Audit Committee. You will lead the Group Financial Internal Controls operations, providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective controls are embedded throughout all finance processes. You coordinate internal and external audits related to internal controls, supporting the group’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
